Keeper's huge stretching, one-handed save wins fan vote

An incredible leaping, one-handed save during the SC United Bantams' 2-2 draw against the Carolina Dynamo earned goalkeeper Bobby Edwards the nod for PDL Save of the Week in Week 8.

Edwards effort to keep out a shot destined for the very edge of the top-left corner earned 48 percent of the 1,343 total votes cast.

Coming in a close second was the West Virginia Chaos' Hudson Nelles, who earned 43 percent of the vote. Also earning tallies were the Birmingham Hammers' James Teal, with five percent, Lansing United's Joe White, with four percent, and Kaw Valley FC's Santiago Restrepo with less than one percent.
