The Seacoast United Phantoms, one of two undefeated teams remaining in the Premier Development League, have been voted No. 1 for a second consecutive week in the Eastern Conference Power Rankings.
The New York Red Bulls U23, who earned two eye-opening wins during Week 8, Reading United AC, Myrtle Beach Mutiny and Charlotte Eagles join the Phantoms in this week's edition of the rankings.

Overview: With two wins during Week 8, the Myrtle Beach Mutiny are now unbeaten in five and currently sit in second place in the South Atlantic Division. Only one point behind the Nashville SC U23 with two games in hand, the Mutiny scored seven goals in two games. Tobenna Uzo, ranked 44th on the third edition of the PDL Top Prospects list, produced one goal and two assists in the wins.
