Overview: The Fresno Fuego are one of the hottest teams in the league and have jumped into the top spot in this week's edition of the Western Conference Power Rankings. After advancing to the Second Round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on Wednesday, the Fuego cruised to their second consecutive shutout win against Burlingame Dragons FC. Three players – Jose Cuevas, Joey Chica and Diego Casillas – have scored two league goals this season.

Overview: The FC Golden State Force have started the 2017 campaign off strong, with two wins in league play and a victory in the First Round of the U.S. Open Cup.
