TAMPA, Fla. - USL League Two announced Osei Gyamfi of Sporting JAX as the 2025 Young Player of the Year.
Coming off his freshman year at UNC Wilmington, Gyamfi was a huge part of Sporting JAX’s successful season this year en route to winning the Southeast Division title. Gyamfi led his team with seven goals on the season, including a hat trick against Brevard SC in June.
"This award means a lot to me. Thanks to my teammates and coaches who helped me achieve this award,” said Gyamfi. “I worked hard for this, and I am going to continue working hard for more.”
