Benjamin Diffley – GK, Black Rock FC

Diffley has anchored Black Rock’s strong start to the season, which has only conceded three goals in five matches. He put together an impressive run of three clean sheets in a row against NEFC, AC Connecticut, and defending League Two champions Seacoast United. Diffley is making four saves per game in the unforgiving Northeast Division, and his play will be instrumental for Black Rock to make a run for a playoff spot.

Alonzo Clarke – CB, Charlotte Independence II

Clarke has been eating minutes for the Independence, playing every one since halftime of their season opener. His strong defensive play has been a big reason for Charlotte’s impressive start to the season. His work on the ball has been just as impressive, ranking toward the top of the team in passes completed and putting home the game winner against SC United.

Lincoln Ulrich – CB, Lionsbridge FC

Ulrich is an imposing defender, who’s been a big part of why Lionsbridge look like a contender yet again in the East. He’s led the team with 15 forward passes and 26 successful medium-range progressive passes in their last two games. He’s started chipping in on the score sheet, too, getting the winner away at Annapolis.

Marqes Muir – CB, Lexington SC

Lexington SC has only given up two goals in their last five games – including two clean sheets – and Muir has been a huge part of their defensive quality. His 90% passing accuracy, 10 final third entry passes, and 17 forward progressive passes highlight an impressive stretch for Muir.

Kai Louviere – CM, Laredo Heat SC

Louviere scored three of the Loredo Heat’s four goals last weekend, propelling them into a five-point lead in the Lone Star Division. He's been clinical with his ball distribution, with a near perfect passing completion percentage, and presents a threat for defenders when approaching the final third.

Kei Kinoshita – CM, Rochester FC

Kinoshita has been balling out for Rochester FC, a huge part of their turn from last place last season to first in the Heartland Division to date. The Japanese national has two game winners in his three-goal tally and looks like a premier playmaker in his debut League Two season.

Raymundo Mendez – CM, Ballard FC

Mendez could be the one to push Ballard FC over the edge in pursuit of their second title. He’s a college soccer menace, scoring 13 goals in consecutive seasons for Seattle Pacific University. He hasn’t reached that pace yet, but his passing accuracy has been elite, averaging 93% in recent games.

Bautista Rossi Molinas – F, Lane United FC

Rossi Molinas has been on a tear lately, scoring six goals in three games, including a hat trick against Midlakes United to secure three points. Add onto that one assist and six shots per game. He’s turned a lot of heads out in the Northwest Division, and with eight games to play, he’s nowhere near the ceiling.

Edouard Nys – F, Asheville City SC

Nys contributed two goals and two assists to an Asheville City SC squad that has been bullying nearly every opponent they’ve encountered. Nys has been getting recognition for his work at Northeast Community College and now in League Two. His passing has been sharp, with 84% passing accuracy and 93% passing accuracy in the final third.

Micaah Garnette – F, FC Motown STA

Garnette has been driving play for FC Motown STA from his spot on the wing. He’s pushed to create chances, taking four shots per game, and scoring three goals from his first four matches. Garnette has been a big part of Motown having zero losses so far in the demanding Metropolitan Division.
