COACHELLA, Calif. – Today, USL announced that Coachella FC is set to make its debut in USL League Two in 2024.
The club will begin its inaugural season in the league, founded by Chilean coach Rolando Inostroza and Coachella Valley-based musical artist Nacho Bustillos.
“Coachella Football Club is not just a club; we are a dream factory,” Bustillos said. “We are here to guide, to train, and to elevate. With USL League Two, Coachella FC won’t just be a participant – we plan to make a statement. We’re here to stay, to grow, and to dominate.”
The club aims to launch young careers into ones of potential stardom, mirroring the careers of those in League Two that have gone on to play professionally and in the largest leagues in the world.
“It’s incredibly exciting to expand the league’s footprint in California,” Joel Nash, Senior Vice President, Youth and Pre-Professional Properties, said. “It’s an area of the country that’s already proven to invite and develop top talent for leagues all over the world, and we know Coachella FC will be no different.”
