“With the recent shift in our club's approach to development, we are going to field a number of very young players this year. Our expectation is that the players who are selected to be part of this squad really embrace this experience against better players and use it as a springboard to accelerate their development toward our first team.”

“I am very excited to get the Otters back on the pitch for the 2021 season. The efforts of our GM Lucas Christiansen in his scouting and stats on players has put us in a situation to have the best quality players coming into camp that we have ever had in our 5 years. I believe that we are going to see the Otters competing for the top spot in our conference based on the quality of players who will be wearing our kit! I also look forward to having an impact in our community with summer events for families to come out and enjoy fun and soccer after a year of being locked down and isolated. There are two things that bring people together....food and sports.....and we have both!”

“I'm excited! Not playing in 2020 was frustrating, yet understandable and prolonged my wait for that first win. Moving into the new, larger conference with a new list of opponents is something I'm particularly looking forward to, on top of the new group of players and staff. We all want to bring a product to be proud of to the state of West Virginia.”

“With a new USL League Two season fast approaching, our goals remain the same. We will continue to work in unison with our USL League One side, and we believe we have put together a talented group of young players who have the potential to not only pursue championships but also to develop into professional players for Tormenta FC in the coming seasons. We plan to achieve this by creating a fiercely competitive and developmental training environment, alongside a unified team mentality that we hope will ultimately lead to a style of soccer that our fans will enjoy coming out to watch.”

“Make no mistake, our primary goal is to bring people to Christ and grow their faith. Soccer is not the end all, be all, salvation is. On the field, our desire is to bring the Eagles back to national prominence. We will play a bold, aggressive style of soccer that helps develop and showcase our players to propel them to the next level. When opposing teams see us coming up on the schedule, we want their hearts to sink, because they know that they’ll have to fight tooth and nail for every inch.”
