The Pioneers are on a strong course to make make the playoffs but still have GPS Portland right behind them.
3		GPS Portland Phoenix (7-2-2) Week 8: W, 3-1 ACC Week 9: --	Last Week: 3	Bringing up second in the Northeast but have one more game played than Western Mass in front of them. Last Wednesday they did all they could scoring three goals and taking the three points against AC Connecticut to continue applying pressure to the Pioneers. GPS Portland has two of its final three games on the road facing Manhattan SC and Westchester in back to back games for this week.
4		Long Island Rough Riders (4-1-3) Week 8: W, 4-1 FAE, T, 1-1 @LVU Week 9: @REA, @EVE	Last Week: Not Ranked	The Rough Riders have looked stronger as the season has gone on including a 4-1 win last week against FA Euro New York. Long Island is undefeated in its last five games and still, have six games left to play this season.
5		Lionsbridge FC (5-4-1) Week 8: W, 2-1 NCF Week 9: VBU, @WAK	Last Week: Not Ranked	Another good win last week for Lionsbridge as they take down the Fusion 2-1. With a roll into the end of the season, they still have a lot of work to do as they are only three points clear of Virginia Beach, who sits in sixth, and just six points clear of the team in last place, Tobacco Road.
