A win over Lehigh Valley United clinched an unbeaten regular season and leaves Reading in perfect form to host the Eastern Conference playoffs this weekend, starting against the Mutiny on Friday.
2 LW: 3	Black Rock FC Record: 9-2-3	Bye	7/20: vs. NY	An off week should leave Black Rock FC well-rested as they cap their inaugural season with the Northeast Division crown and an upcoming match against the Red Bulls U23. Prior to the week off, Black Rock won three straight, and will try and keep that form going into the semifinals.
3 LW: 2	New York Red Bulls U23 Record: 10-3-1	W, 3-2 at LI L, 1-2 at OCN	7/20: at BR	Despite entering the playoffs as the Eastern Conference wildcard and the No. 4 seed, the Red Bulls U23 have a case as the second-best team involved, trailing only Reading in wins. After a clinching win over the Rough Riders, the Red Bulls U23 slipped up away at the Nor'easters, which they'll need to recover from prior to facing Blcak Rock FC on Friday.
4 LW: 4	Myrtle Beach Mutiny Record: 8-2-4	W, 3-1 vs. TR T, 1-1 vs. TRM	7/20: at REA	Despite finishing as South Atlantic Division champs, the Mutiny undeniably had an easier time qualifying for the playoffs than the Red Bulls U23, with four Mid Atlantic teams having more wins than them. They'll also face the toughest test in Reading in the semifinals, where they'll seek to prove wrong those who doubt them.
5 LW: 5	Long Island Rough Riders Record: 9-4-1	L, 1-3 vs. NY	N/A	The first team out of the Eastern Conference playoff picture just couldn't get the job done at home against the Red Bulls U23. Still, they would've been in division title contention in any other division in the conference and conclude their season with a strong record.
