Summary

1
LW: 1

FC Golden State Force

Record: 10-1-1
T, 0-0 at SFG 7/7: at SDZ For the first time since May 25, the Force failed to win a match last week, and were held scoreless for the first time this year. Nonetheless, thanks to results elsewhere, they clinched the Southwest Division title and a Western Conference Semifinal spot.
2
LW: 3

Calgary Foothills FC

Record: 8-1-2
Bye 7/6: at LNE
7/8: at POR
Despite having the week off, Calgary Foothills FC managed to clinch the Northwest Division title thanks to dropped points by TSS FC Rovers, making them the first team to win their division crown in 2018. They return with a double-match celebration tour to Oregon this week.
3
LW: 2

Colorado Rapids U23

Record: 6-1-3
T, 3-3 at ABQ
L, 3-4 at ABQ
7/3: at CPS
7/7: vs. OGN
7/8: at CPS
A two-game road trip to Albuquerque is exactly what the Rapids U23 didn't need, as they suffered their first loss of the season and picked up just one of six available points. Still, they remain in firm pole-position in the Mountain Division, with three key games this week.
4
LW: 5

FC Tucson

Record: 5-3-1
Bye 7/3: vs. ABQ
7/7: at ABQ
FC Tucson's bye week, and the Rapids U23's struggles in the meantime, ended up a net gain for Arizona's club. Not quite yet within striking distance of the top of the Mountain Division, FC Tucson is certainly closer and is in prime playoff position regardless.
5
LW: NR

Santa Cruz Breakers FC

Record: 6-3-2
W, 2-0 vs. VCF
L, 0-3 at SFC
7/7: at VCF A split week of results ended with Breakers FC atop the Western Conference wildcard standings, but placed in a catchable position by FC Tucson. They'll need to keep winning, and get some help, to hold them off in the final few weeks.
